Greetings and welcome!
1:30pm
My morning trip to Crivitz found that Iron Snowshoe did indeed groom last night and the trails along my route were absolutely beautiful.
Last night I left the shop about 1am. I was very surprised that it was still in the low 20s. About 5am I heard this big roar of wind outside. That must have been the cold front coming through. After that it quickly dropped to 7 degrees. It has not warmed up since then. The wind is still very strong and it is causing blowing and drifting in big open areas.
I am headed to Rapids Resort for the second half of the game in a little while. If there are any riders there from the web site I will have the camera.
Have a good Sunday and thank you for visiting!

Overnight Update
It was a really busy day on the trails today. I saw a lot of groups go past the house today. People said that a lot of riders stopped at Rapids too. Thank you all for that especially the people that asked about me.
Unfortunately I had other places to be today so I could not do rider group pictures. Hopefully soon.
I can’t tell you how the trails are after all of that traffic. I just don’t know. I do know that they groomed Iron Snowshoe Friday night and it looked really nice.
After I took care of my other stuff I got a little shop time in. It was a good day in the shop.
I told you about my MotoBatt MB9-U that I bought in 2015 and how it showed signs of life. In the end it had enough power to turn the little Indy Trail’s motor over long enough to get gas up to the carbs after I replaced some fuel lines. The video shows the 2nd and 3rd try. It went low after that, but it is impressive that a 6 year old battery had any life at all.

I have another full day ahead tomorrow but there is a chance that I will get to Rapids for at least the second half of the Packer game. I will bring the camera.
That is it for tonight. Have a good Sunday and thank you for visiting!
