I’m going to quote myself from my last update…
A typical March still has one or two barn burner storms left, but they always come way too late.
I sure called this one. The European model has a total of 3 major winter storms showing up over the next week. This is the fun part… The total snow between the three is about two feet.
That is just unreal. I was outside today adjusting the valve lash on my car working in a T-shirt at 66 degrees. The three inch ice buildup in the driveway is gone and the frost is coming out of the ground and it is super muddy. And now we are going to get two feet of snow?
We could have used this in January.
I doubt that the trails could open. The frost is coming out of the ground and there are huge meltwater puddles. Likewise the March sun and temperatures are not kind to snow. I guess we will see.
I was just really surprised by the forecast and thought I’d share. Will it happen? Ask me in a week. In the meantime I’ll keep you up to date.
