Greetings and welcome!
Yesterday got up to 56 degrees with plentiful sun and wind. It was brutal for the trails, and many are now black streaks of mud. My ATV trailer that had a full season of snow on it is now bare. The yard probably lost 8″. Roads are bare or close to it. There are huge puddles everywhere. Now at 10am it is already 40 degrees headed for a high of 46.
It isn’t over till it’s over. but it sure looks like its over.
There are a couple of clipper systems possible and a monster storm 14 days out (as usual), but after our warm week I’m not sure that it would matter much.
I really wanted to retire after last season (25 years and out) but I couldn’t go out after the worst season that I have ever seen. Here we are again. If I promise to not retire next year can we have a season more than a week long or with more than 14″ for a season snow total?? Please?!?
