I just went out to snow blow the driveway. We are close to 4″ now but it is puffy. The snow is not bonded to the ice under it and holy slippery Batman. I think you’d have to go to Mag Lev to get a lower friction coefficient. Once it bonds no worries. Right now yowza it is slippery.

Looks like Langlade Co opened at noon. They warned of some wet areas that they couldn’t get through with the groomer so some stretches may be ungroomed.

Iron Snowshoe opened trails and Oconto Co opens at noon. Saddle up!

We had about 2″ of snow overnight and it is still coming. The TV says another inch. Iron Snowshoe and Oconto Co could open today or tomorrow if we get enough snow, we are waiting on the word.
