Greetings and welcome!
Our giant ice base has frozen up nicely. The challenge now is that there is only about an inch of snow on it. We did have light snow and flurries for much of the day yesterday but it didn’t add up to much. Iron snowshoe remains closed. Paul Bunyan has opened trails again but warn about icy stretches and not much snow base.
There is snow possible for Tuesday but it is a fast moving clipper. The forecast is for 1-3.
The other wild card is the forecast for 46 and sunny for Friday. Thursday and Saturday are expected to be around 30 but Friday we get warm and sunny.
Hopefully tomorrow’s clipper gets very carried away and we can get back on the trail.
