Greetings and welcome!
We had more snow last night. At its peak accumulation Chris estimated it at 1.5-2″. It was close to the rain/snow line so it settled a little by morning.
Most of the earlier snow melted down Friday. It was only patchy heading west until about Jungle Jims, and from there west about 3 miles to the house there was still a little covering grassy areas.
Here as a peek out of the back door at 5:30 this morning..
There is a chance of light snow again tonight and tomorrow.
The weather forecasters are starting to get a little excitable about the Monday storm. The TV weather channel out of Green Bay is showing us in a band that ranges from about 5 down by Green Bay up to 11″ near Eagle River. It didn’t look quite that impressive on the GFS when I looked last night, but there is potential for some snow. More of interest to me is next week’s highs in the mid-20s and lows in the mid-teens for most of the week. What snow that we do see will probably stick around for a few days.
Have a good weekend and thank you for visiting!
