It was an incredibly busy weekend on the trails Friday and Saturday. Sunday was not quite as busy with the much colder weather.
We have had some cold weather the past two days. Yesterday we got up to a balmy 6 degrees with a lot of wind. I stayed inside as much as possible. Last night and Sunday night got down to -16F, both with some wind.
This week looks a little nicer for temperatures. We should be in the 20s most of the week. There is no obvious snow in the forecast other than a chance of some light stuff next Sunday.
Hopefully I will get out and ride this week. Both sleds are ready for test runs. I finished up Saturday night about 1am but that morning the cold front came through and brought the bitter cold weather. If it warms up close to 20 today as expected it will be time to burn some gas.
