Greetings and Merry Christmas!

It is a cold one this morning. It was about -4 an hour ago, now it is down to -1.

We have some snow coming tonight as a clipper passes through the region. The NWS is looking for about 3″ of snow. We will be looking for some cooler days in the mid teens behind the storm, and then a warmup for the weekend.

Those little snows have been adding up and the trails look very inviting. It is only Christmas so there will be rocks and ruts and other early season stuff, but it looks like we are off to a good start for conditions. I am looking forward to suiting up, and hope to get to Christmas Day.

The Cat in the shed is almost done. We got the suspension in last night, got the track aligned, and some detail stuff done. I am down to putting in coolant and burping the cooling system, bleeding the oiler, doing a final track alignment and hopefully not too much more. Hopefully that will end with a Christmas morning ride.

There isn’t much more shaking so I am off to get a few more hours of sleep. Merry Christmas and thank you for visiting!
