The trail conditions that I saw today were very good. We have plenty of snow and the groomers have been active this week.
We had off and on light snow today. It might have added up to an inch.
There is a weak storm expected to slowly track across southern Il and IN this week. We are on the northern reaches of the snow from this storm. That is expected to bring off and on light snow between now and Saturday night. Expect and inch or two each day and night. The European model has us for a grand total of 6-8″ by Saturday night when it should end.
This snow will also come with pretty steady temperatures in the low thirties in the daytime and upper twenties at night. That sounds like some pretty comfortable riding and with a little snow to make things pretty it should be really nice.
There are a ton of events coming up in the next couple of weeks. I will try to assemble a list.
