Greetings and welcome!

I saw a lot of roadside trails yesterday between Silver Cliff and Crivitz. Some look pretty nice, some were getting pretty bare in spots.

The bottom line is that the trails are open and you can ride but it is very minimal conditions. It is all that you can expect out of 8-9″ of snow and no base. There is enough snow for cooling but not enough for a base or to cover terrain features and rocks. I’d ride to test one but I wouldn’t go any distance to make a day of it. We need snow. Personally I’m not riding and won’t until we get more snow.

We could see an inch or two today and tonight, and there is another storm possible for about Friday/Saturday. The Friday-Saturday storm could bring 4-6 according to some forecasts, but I’m more on board with 1-3. It just doesn’t look that impressive.

There are a lot of events this weekend. One that I didn’t have listed yet is the Red Arrow Townsend Snowmobile ATV Club 49th Annual Snowfest. This is the big one with all of the raffles and food and stuff. It is at Townsend Town Hall this Saturday. https://redarrowtownsend.com/meetinginfo.php?id=36&ts=1738542395

Have a good week and thank you for visiting!
