Greetings and welcome!
We had a cold but sunny day today. The wind was drifting the new snow a little, and in places it looked like a river flowing across the road. The cold temperatures kept the sun from doing much melting, except on plowed paved roads.
The snow went a long way on the trails. The trails along Perch Lake Rd by Wausaukee and the trails by C near Jungle Jim’s were groomed and looked pretty nice. The new snow definitely diluted the staining, and I am a lot less worried about albedo than I was last night.
About the biggest thing to avoid are plowed roads where the sun hits them. Other than that I’d ride right now if I could.
Have a good Thursday and thank you for visiting!
