Greetings and welcome!
The couple of inches of snow last night wasn’t a total loss today. It melted off of the steps and car, but the ground held a crusty inch or so freshening up the trail a little.
The storm for Thursday is looking a little better than it did this morning. There are still a variety of ideas on how it will go, but a couple of models are coming into agreement on a solution that could give us 5″ of snow or so. The GFS continues to show the storm moving too far east to be a good snow producer for us. The current NWS forecast is for 5″ of snow on Thursday with an 80% chance of precip.
I have some events for this weekend and beyond and I want to get them posted before they get lost.
