Sunday 2-24-19 Storm Update

Greetings and welcome!

1pm

The snow has pretty much stopped now. Looking out of the window I would guess that we have 6 or 7 inches down, maybe a little more.

We are still under a winter storm warning, mostly for the blowing and drifting snow. Forest, Florence, and Langlade counties  and counties to the north and west remain under a blizzard warning. Again that is mostly for the blowing snow. We have winds in the 30mph range gusting over 40.  The highest peak gust that I have seen reported on TV is 60mph. Areas to our west got a lot less rain and had higher snow totals. The highest so far on the TV was Eagle River with 16.5″.
