Greetings and welcome!
Yesterday didn’t go too terribly bad. The snow got a little soft on top and we lost some easy stuff from the dustings.
The bad part came in that it was a warm night with 35 degrees and it is 38 at 8:30am. The longer term warmth can hurt us.
The storm is on our doorstep with the radar showing the first rain just getting to the western edge of Forest Co. It looks like the whole storm is a little east of where it was expected, increasing our chance of seeing an inch or two on the back of the storm.
They have moved the winter weather advisory a county east. Oneida Co was the closest county, now Forest Co has an advisory as well. That could be good news, the TV had Rhinelander getting up to 5″.
All that we can do is wait and hope.
Have a good Thursday and thank you for visiting!

Ray,
Porto family here. How much snow tonight?
48 degrees on the truck coming into work this morning. With the exception of a few small parking lot snow piles, by noon we will be at July 15th conditions in Green Bay. Only without the mosquitoes!
